I was thrilled when Sarah and Adam wanted to include Hudson, their adorable Labradoodle in their Balboa Park Engagement shoot. Posing with perfection, Hudson stole the show and complimented this beautiful couple in their engagement photos. 

We started at the Organ Pavilion because I not only love the neutral tones and architecture but I wanted to find a spot that Hudson would feel comfortable, away from crowds or loud music. Capturing the love this couple has for their sweet Hudson was easy, and they are clearly the perfect party of 3. 

We then made our way to Balboa’s reflection pond near the botanical gardens. Here we found lots of beautiful archways and architecture to capture that dreamy golden hour light along with the tall palms and of course the bustling of parkgoers alongside the pond. We wrapped up with a more casual look capturing Sarah and Adam’s more playful side and finished as the sun set behind the park.
